I’ve been coming to Tessted Therapy for a while now, and Tess has been incredible. She’s highly knowledgeable in sports, so whenever I explain any sport-specific concerns, she immediately knows how to address them. She always remembers my previous issues too, which means every session ends with a clear update on where my body’s at and personalised recommendations to keep me feeling my best.
