I had a great experience with Tesson Roofing, and specifically with Caleb Brooks. Caleb was very cordial and professional, and he was clearly knowledgeable about the products that Tesson offered. But I was further impressed with how much he knew about the roofing industry at large - demonstrating his familiarity with new products and best practices. Working with Landon and the Tesson Roofing company was an amazing experience! From the moment we started the conversations to the final walk through of project completion, the expertise and wealth of knowledge was top tier. Landon was able to answer every question we had and provide expert advice on all fronts. Overall it was a great experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better representative and team to get our roof and siding fixed!
I worked with Rob and I have to say the experience from start to finish was great. My whole neighborhood got hit during the tornadoe in Arnold last March. It was a LONG process going back and forth with insurance and there were some delays on project start/finish for my roof and siding, but through the whole process Rob was helpful, informative, and patient. My favorite part was not paying a dime over quoted costs. Too many companies in this space have shady tactics and I love supporting a local company and this is why!!
After receiving a rather pricey quote from a roofer I had previously used, I got an estimate from Tesson which came back significantly cheaper. From this first interaction through every step along the way I could not have been more impressed with the constant communication, the detailed engagement with the process, the quality of the work and clean-up and the follow-up to make sure I was content.
