Terrible. Do not recommend
My mom had a 2002 ford explorer that just needed a new timing belt, while the whole engine needed to be pulled out, just to put it on. Tessner wanted 2000$ to fix it and 100$ for it to be towed to them. Note she literally lives walking distance away from them. My mom is disabled and living on a monthy SSI check so she couldn't afford it. So tessner wanted to buy it and only offered her 200$ for it and still took out the tow service, so she ended up with 100$ , the ford stayed sitting in their lot for weeks untill now it's go... read more
I got charged $144.00 for a new battery cable end and it's still doing the same thing it was doing before not running! There's no honest mechanics left these days
