extremely unreliable individual and service! I won't go into details, if the owner reads the review he can figure it out what he did and when!

If I could give no stars, I would. Tessier Pools built our pool in 2022. The construction process was stressful with various workmanship issues and communication problems. Things got worse when opening the pool last year, we found water behind the liner. He showed up to fix the issue only for it happen again a month later. We sought second opinions on the root cause. Tessier built our pool in 2021. No complaints. A job well done. Everything promised, was delivered on. Rick Tessier proved to be a man of his word.

If it was possible to rate the a negative star I would. Tessier pool revamped our pool last year. He started the job the fall before but couldn't finish it before winter. We had a safety cover and were unable to use it. Luckily we still had the old tarp cover and Rick loaned us some water bags. In the spring we asked Rick when we should open the pool for work to start he said they would take care of it. Tessier Pools installed our pool last year and we were very pleased with the service and workmanship. Richard the owner, personally oversaw everything. He listened carefully to our needs and wants and supplied them in the promised timeline. I would definitely recommend them.
