We had the same experience shared by a few here. My husband was hopeful after talking to Jimmy on the phone, because he seemed affable and eager to come out. Jimmy ended up cancelling an hour before the appointment, but offered a new day, which we scheduled. On the scheduled day, my husband and I left work early and waited for Jimmy at the house. I contacted Jimmy and he indicated he could do my project, so we set a time to meet. He came out to discuss the project and told me he would take good care of me and it would be great. When he left he said he would be in touch soon. I didn't hear from him for two weeks so I inquired and after a week he finally emailed back. He said he had spoken with his carpenter and would be over soon to figure out the details. Another couple of weeks went by and I emailed him twice and heard nothing. You get one star for scheduling an appointment with me and no-showing. I get it - contractors are busy right now - but that isn’t and won’t always be the case. The courtesy of a phone call to cancel would have been appropriate.

Tessera handled a kitchen and bathroom remodel with a small addition that transformed the downstairs of our house. Jimmy was responsive, never missing a meeting, and answering emails and texts right away. He was up front about timeline and cost. He is a great problem-solver. His team and subcontractors were best in class, and just great guys to be and have around. I highly recommend Tessera and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Tessera Group is a solid company. They finished my project on schedule with a clear line of communication. I am please with their crew and the attention to detail. I would definitely work with them again on future projects.
