If I could give 10 stars I would. The home improvement contractor would not honor the 3 day cancellation notice. I attempted to work things out with the contractor but he was very adamant that he will not incur any loss on this job, much less rescinding the $50K+ contract. When I had no other choice, I reached out to the law firm of Tesser & Cohen and from the beginning Mr. Cohen took full control of the situation and "magically" the contractor began to sing a different tune.
