Cute motel, friendly staff great location nice bar xx
We stayed here whilst my father was at John Flynn Hospital. Loved the location. Right on the beach, easy access to Tugun village, barely 5 minutes drive. Airport very close. Rooms have been modernised yet the old soul of the buildings still remains. Sophie and Liv on reception were very friendly and helpful whilst the housekeeping in Dina and her team very thorough. The complimentary breakfast box for booking direct was greatly appreciated. Would love to return to Tessa's for a much more positive reason like a holiday.
Very disappointed with our experience with Tessa's on the Beach. Poor communication, very un-hotel like & last minute cancellation with unknown reasoning. We were notified via email one night before that our stay had been cancelled. Beware of this hotel. Avoid an experience like ours.
