Just wanted to leave a review of gratitude for the outstanding tour guide Margie, at the Tessa apartments. Although I did not become a resident, I did want to say that I was very appreciative of her time. The tour was wonderful, the property is beautiful and so are the apartments. I came & toured this Beautiful complex Monday (about 5 days ago) loved it so much I applied later on that evening. Barbra was my leasing agent & she was such a doll, so kind patient & understanding. I was approved but had to use another system to upload my pay information after approval. That site gave me issues (so much so I had to have my boss upload my pay information in for me) however the company they use replies to emails very quickly & was able to guide us. Completely catfished. Tessa claims it is a luxury apartment complex but it’s been anything but that. Within a couple months of living here I’ve had my truck vandalized in front of my garage, gates that are broken consistently, packages stolen from the mailroom, pedestrian gates that are left open, multiple leaks, and bug issues. There are no cameras for parking lots. For a complex that costs as much as this does, you are better off going to one of the several other complexes in the immediate vicinity. Been here since December 2024. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences to the point I contacted a lawyer. Firstly, I never received my mailbox key so after a while I went to pick it up. After waiting 15 minutes in the office, the consultant told me they have to get a new key made- no biggie. I come back about 3 days later, consultant spent about 30 minutes looking for the key, then gave me a ring full of keys and told me to try them out on my mailbox to figure it out. Alright… weird. This is just a warning to ask all the possible questions even if already in writing. Leasing agent has been extremely nice and helpful, i will not expose her name due to the false information shared is not her fault.
