Our experience with Tess was outstanding. She was so organized and efficient when showing us homes. She provided informational material, clear directions and walked us through the entire process step-by-step. Tess connected us with companies we inquired about (inspector, insurance). She went above & beyond responding to any of our calls & questions. When our closing became a tad unusual, Tess put on her “attorney hat” for us as well. Tess looked out for our best interests & I would highly recommend her.

My experience working with Teresa is one of huge gratitude. I was in the process of relocating from Miami to Sarasota (beautiful, by the way) and the process was very overwhelming for me. We worked with Tess Savini on the sale of our home. We cannot say enough good things about her. She did a fantastic job. She did fabulous right from the beginning with marketing right through to being present at closing.
