Tess is an amazing doctor. She listens to and supports me, she remembers my history and concerns, and she genuinely wants what's best for my health and is willing to come up with a plan that I feel comfortable with. As a woman, I have not found this in any other doctor, and I'm so grateful I found her. I cannot more highly recommend her!!!
Dr. MacQueen is an amazing primary care doctor. She is always kind and caring, and she takes the time to really listen to my concerns. I have been struggling with autoimmune issues since 2006. I started seeing Tess, when I was told by my previous physician that I would have to "learn to live with it" due to my age and hormones and blah, blah, blah... Always feel at ease when going to an appointment. The staff are awesome. You don't have to tell them why your there. They already know. They are always on top of their game. It's great that all of the staff know you. I'm so happy I changed doctors. Tess is great about figuring out what to do. Seems like nothing is to big for her to figure out.
I can't say enough good things about Tess and her staff. You never even sit down in a waiting room. Appointment times are the times you are seen, and you are taken into a treatment room upon arrival. Tess enters the room with a smile and a greeting that just makes you relax. Tess leaves no stone unturned when treating you. She WILL find out what is needed for your health to improve. She WILL fight the insurance company. She is persistent and willing to spend her time presenting your case in order to get refusals overturned. ... read more
