Great experience with Dr. Tess Jacob
I drove all the way to west orange with my mom who has heart issues, dementia, diabetes and who needs to sit down after 50 feet said she had to shit. I paid the copay and assisted her in the bathroom and as soon as we came out for her appointment this rude receptionist Kayla said she has to be rescheduled with no remorse. I'm extremely pissed off. They won't get that payment through.
