I drove all the way to west orange with my mom who has heart issues, dementia, diabetes and who needs to sit down after 50 feet said she had to shit. I paid the copay and assisted her in the bathroom and as soon as we came out for her appointment this rude receptionist Kayla said she has to be rescheduled with no remorse. I'm extremely pissed off. They won't get that payment through.
Like others below, I made an appointment six months in advance to see Dr. Jacob because she’s so highly recommended. Spoke with the office staff over the phone and gave my reason for the visit, answered all their questions, and booked the appointment. Also like others below, six months later, the DAY before my appointment, the office staff calls to say the doctor won’t see me as she doesn’t work with my condition. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and looking at the reviews below, a pattern with this office staff. Beware.
Dr. Jacob is great. I highly recommend. If the wait time is excessive, they have a last minute cancelation waiting list you can get on to take advantage of any cancelation and get in there sooner.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Tess Jacobs eight months ago because she came highly recommended by a very dear friend of mine. I’ve had a slew of health issues and simply want the best specialist. Two days prior to my appointment I receive a call from her office stating that since I am a new patient I am unable to maintain my appointment as scheduled due to a systems issue that doesn’t or shouldn’t allow for new patients to book online.
