They have the most beautifully hand-dyed yarns of the softest and highest quality fibers. They are truly special.
Lovely yarn but poor follow through on special orders. There are other options with other Indy dyers.
Don't offer special orders. Follow-up is terrible. My take-away from my experiences is to enjoy the colorways and ONLY purchase what is in stock at that time, whether in the store itself or at a show. If the project requires more yarn than is in stock, go somewhere else. I never did get any follow-up on a swatch I sent in 2008 for matching so that I could finish my project. No communication.
