They went above and beyond for us when we ordered some toothbrushes without our imprint design because we didn't think it would fit on the handle. They reached out to us and offered to mock-up what the design would look like to add at no charge! We were thrilled with the exceptional customer service and will be ordering all of our toothbrushes from them in the future!

I love their ortho starter kits and also their retainer cases!!! It’s very rare to find custom kits that don’t look cheap they’re super good quality and we haven’t had any issues with them at all. I would highly recommend Tess Oral Health for any of your custom toothbrushes,Chapstick,wax, and travel toothbrushes as well. Lindsey has gone above and beyond to help me and she checks in to make sure I know about their promotions too. Over all great experience
