I found Tess to be abrupt, condescending and extremely rude. She wasn’t open to questions and almost mocked the question posed. I had 2 separate conversations with her and both were the same ugliness. Steer clear from this jeweler because even before getting your business she’s nasty.

First off, this is a beautiful store! The owner is lovely and she was able to resize my future wedding band for me for a very affordable price. This entailed keeping its shape, as it was made to custom fit my engagement ring with all its curves. The band turned out beautiful and much better than when we bought it. You can't even tell she resized it. She even offered to clean my rings for me before our wedding in July! I will definitely be back for all of my jewelry needs, not just ring cleanings!
