Tess was professional and did amazing work to not only repair my ring but correct it by adding prongs to ensure my diamond would not fall out again. Highly recommend.

Tess was so wonderful! I brought her 3 charms to put on my charm bracelet and she had them done in just about an hour! Wonderful lady with a wonderful attitude! Will definitely be coming back for all my charm bracelet needs!!
I had a very expensive earring to fall off unknowingly. I was able to retrieve it with my husband’s keen eye but unfortunately it was run over by a car. I went to one jeweler in Warrenton who would not begin to touch it and suggested I send it back to the designer, then a friend recommended Tess. I took it to her and not only did she think she could fix it but within a couple of weeks. I received a call to pick it up within that timeframe!
