This place has changed for the worse over the last 10 years.
As a parent, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from InterMed South Portland. Over the past week, my wife and I have both called and sent messages regarding our 12-year-old’s ADHD medication refill and have not received a response. Because of this, our child has now missed school. I understand these medications require proper oversight, but going this long without any response is not acceptable—especially when it directly impacts a child’s ability to attend school.
