I’ve been living at Tesoro Ranch for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The worst place to rent, they are scammers, they ask you for money as a guarantee when renting and when you finish the contract they do not return anything and they charge you fees that you must pay, and the women who are in the office are rude, especially the manager's assistant, the only thing they know how to do is issue fines with false reasons and say: send us an email and we will contact you, but it is in vain, they are the worst.

Do not apply there, many tenants had warned me that they will not return the deposit you give at the beginning of the contract and that in the process you will end up owing them, they are only interested in getting money from you until the last day you have to finish your contract, today I am going through this situation, you are in time, do not choose to live there!
