Tesoro Law was incredible. I hired them the day before my final court hearing, around 6 PM, and from that moment, they went all in. They worked with me almost until midnight, calling me, asking for documents, and ensuring everything was fully prepared for the next day. Tesoro Law helped me with our Family matter involving my granddaughter and her two children. Attorney Guzman was swift, picked up the phone in the middle of the night when the police and dcf were at our door for unfounded allegations. She handled both the police and dcf at 11 pm and got them to leave without issue. She then stayed on the phone with me calming our nerves until nearly 1 am. Paid $500 for a retainer only to have two scheduled appointments missed; Ms. Guzman also gave me her personal # to reach her yet when I did, I never got a response. Her team filed a document incorrectly which held up my case longer. I had to call & get them to redo it A MONTH later. Had to send a screenshot of the accts my retainer was sent because her staff said the amount was incorrect until I provided the proof.
