I've been attending classes at Wild West regularly since October 2025 and it's been such a great experience overall! If you’re new to pilates, I recommend starting with one of their 5-week beginner courses if possible. This is how I started and I felt it helped me learn the basics and build consistency. Wild West made me feel safe and excited to work out again. The studio and its staff are friendly, supportive and extremely accommodating. I like that the studio is small, easy to book/reserve a spot and adds plenty of touches to make the space feel elevated.
