I have been going to Tesoro Hair Salon since it opened and to the owner at her previous place of ployment and have never had a problem. I have been treated exceptionally and my time at the salon was my my get a way. How anyone can say that anyone at the salon is rude must have a screw loose!! I have never had anyone be rude or nasty to me, if anything they are exceptionally accommodating. People need to realize things happen and the appt can go a bit longer or shorter. Poor customer service!! I walked in on time for my hair appointment. I was told by an assistant that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Eventually, a woman walked out with a bowl full of hair coloring and said “hi.” She proceeded to start working on the women’s hair in the chair with the hair coloring and foil sheets. I sat there waiting with no communication. Finally, I stood up and said My name, my appointment time, and with christine. She said”That’s me.” There was still no communication! Always a wonderful experience at Tesoro! Staff are highly skilled and friendly, and my hair always looks great after a cut and color.
She did amazing this was my first time here for my daughter and myself I love my cut I hair thick curly hair in a short stacked bob and my daughter has very long wavy hair we are both super happy and love our cuts will definitely be back
Love this place! Very homey but still professional. I've been recommending this salon to all my friends. Chrissy does great with my hair. Molly just did my nails and did quality work. Great experience ❤️
