the sales team is good! but the build quality is terrible! shower leaks behind wall and plumbing leaks have made my brand new home a mold infested mess! there’s also issues with the foam insulation they use that makes the home practically inhibitable at times! if you value your sanity do not. we buy here! the hvac company they contract with are terrible and literally cussed me out when i tried to explain that my hvac has drainage problems that making making my sink flood everyday ! this people don’t give a shit
This is my second house that I have bought from Trophy Signature Homes. I am very happy with this home and like it even better than my first one. Nicole Sharp was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the homes and always responded immediately to any questions I had during the build process.
Temporarily or permanently changing my review. They put too small of a AC unit on my house. 3.5 tonn for 2488 sqft. Its 80 degrees in some rooms. AC never stops running. Electric bill is astronomical. Trophy saved themselves $1000 by screwing us out of a comfortable home. Im pissed. They better fix it and upsize our AC. Nicole is the best I have ever worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We enjoyed meeting her and purchasing our new home with Trophy. Their Lender UHM went above and beyond.
