I spent close to 5 hours with my children waiting to be seen. We had an appointment. We were finally assisted by a rude assistant doctor who rushed through the exam and didn't fill out all the paperwork we needed to administer my child's medication. The doctor over books appointments. It is very typical to wait several hours to be seen.
