He was very calming, intelligent, and very profficient with me, from beggining to end, He also was great at keeping the patients stress levels down and could even communicate with him on a professional and friend like level, I reccomend anyone that needs to get their teeth pulled to come see this man, he made my first experience so much easier then i expected it to be, i will admit i was abit shook up about getting there and getting the work done but as time passed on and i experienced his treatment i barely felt a thing acc... read more
I was given a bill four months after my visit when I was under the impression I had paid the full amount on the day of my visit. supposedly this was the third bill sent, but the first we received. Then after a few days we received a summons to court he was suing us for $80. mean while we had already sent the bill in. Then we receive another letter we owed $40 for court charges. We were charged for a X-ray we never had. plain fraud and unprofessional. DO NOT recommended!
Dr. Tesone would not treat my family member until he had his staff phone my bank to check if I had enough money in my checking account to cover the patient cost. I did not feel that was appropriate. He never told my family member there would be a large co-charge. He got angry when my family member said she did not know about the charge and that is when Dr. Tesone refused service and told us to leave. My elderly grandfather came to visit from Florida and needed dental extractions. He was afraid and not eager to have dental work. Dr. Tesone took excellent care of him. He was patient, answered all of our questions and his staff made every effort to accomadate my grandfather while he was visiting. They even called the next day to see how he was feeling. Dr. Tesone is a dentist who cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend him if you need oral surgery!!!
Dr. Tesone is an compassionate, gentle, soft spoken dentist who understands his patients apphrension. If you bring your insurance information, referrals and have an understanding of what needs to be done- his staff was Inviting and sensitive to our needs. Outstanding
pulled my impacted wisdom teeth and that was the worst experience of my life. I was 16 and petrified. I felt everything, He didn't believe me, I was crying and he yelled at me! He offered nothing but novocaine, which I have an immunity too. I just went to the dentist for the first time since, and this was 5 yrs ago and I needed to be prescribed Valium just to get a filling.
Dr. Tesone is a wonderful dentist/oral surgeon. Unfortunately, his staff provides LESS than POOR customer service. I was referred to Dr. Tesone by my dentist and had two visits. Both visits were extremely stressful and heighted the anxiety associated with a dentist visit and an oral surgical procedure.
