Amenities are outdated. You allegedly cant store things in your own garage because that space is meant for cars only and your stink trash inside the garage. You have to have an oversized vehicle or three cars to be able to park on the surface lots. Make zero noise during the day and night. There are no security cameras on the property so when my property was touched. They only made a file incident report and didnt even speak to the resident that was causing this ordeal. Overall not worth the hoa fees at all. Dont live here!
I just am so happy that these dormitories are close to the main freeway, counting tires is a good option before going to sleep. Enjoy the modest HOA fees. Good night and sleep with windows tight.
Great place to live, very calm.
