Brenda Karyl Lee-Wilson I paid $40.00 to Fairfax Attorney Referral Services seeking a lawyer who specialized in personal injuryI After the consultation, Roy Tesler told me that it would and it did cost me $1800.00 for a written of the documents review relative to the slip and fall case I have. He claims He has never lost one in 33 years! ! (Personal injury)! On the 5th of November, 2010, five days after I gave him the money he left a message on my voice mail stating he had GOOD news, among other things. When I returned his call on the same day he said it would cost me another $3600.00 to start the process and that I would recover ALL my money and all that I need to right my injury. I never got a written report or verbal, when I produced the rest of the money he changed his entire game plan and said I should get the government (I was formerly homeless and had had medical coverage through the District of Columbia! He also said I would be not be recovering the attorney fees and everything else was going to be difficult to produce. It was all I could do to get him to give me copies of the contract he had me sign for his services and then he said he would call the son of the person whoms property I injuried myself on to have the son call the insurance company and try to persuede them to cover my surgery. He was TOTALLY off the wall and after leaving his office I reviewed ALL that he had stated to me and then called to cancel his Benedict Arnold way of representing me.
