Great service
I have been driving my Tesla mx for a a couple of days now back from the body shop and so far so good. It took a long time to get my car back but its not TSK's fault but Tesla insurance, they took a long time to approve the work that needs to be done on my car. I have nothing but good praises for TSK, they were professional and actually went the extra mile to make my car whole again. They provided me with a loaner car while my care is getting fixed. I kept having a suspension issue and multiple Tesla service centers blew me off. Nearing the end of my warranty, I went to TSK for a thorough assessment. This guy got under there and took the most damning pics ever. Critical components worn and even fully cracked. It was impressive. I took the report to Tesla which replaced the control arm and whatever else immediately. That was the best $150 I ever spent on my car. Huge shout out to TSK.
