I kept having a suspension issue and multiple Tesla service centers blew me off. Nearing the end of my warranty, I went to TSK for a thorough assessment. This guy got under there and took the most damning pics ever. Critical components worn and even fully cracked. It was impressive. I took the report to Tesla which replaced the control arm and whatever else immediately. That was the best $150 I ever spent on my car. Huge shout out to TSK.

These people are it. If you have a Tesla, look no further. From the phone work, front desk to the car repair experts, every staff there take good care of you. They will give you expert true advice. They really know cars. They do things right. My car was hurt and I knew they would try their best. They were also sympathetic towards me too! I am very glad I found a place to take my other electric vehicles to. We are over an hour away but I couldn't think of any other place better than this.
I brought in my Model 3 thinking I needed a console screen replacement because it wasn't turning on despite resets. They found that the problem was the MCU board which has to be replaced by Tesla. They didn't charge me anything for investigating it. That's rare honesty. Everyone I spoke with there was nice and easy to talk to. Greatly appreciated. Thank you guys! I highly recommend TSK.
