I had a very difficult experience purchasing a car from Tesla. Ordered a brand new model Y, they quoted me 3-4 weeks to deliver, I was fine with it and accepted. I get a notification saying I can have another car same day instead it’ll cost me 4000 more, I was fine with it. After I accepted I provided everything they needed. I started to drive to West Covina from Tustin, it’s about an hour away, and 20 mins before my pickup time they reached out saying the car is not ready. A long overdue review but here it is. We ordered 2 26 MY Premiums from Phi Nguyen of West Covina Tesla back in April and the whole experience couldn’t have been more positive. We ended up choosing whatever was available from the current inventory matching most of the specs that we wanted and less than a week later we picked up a Quick Silver and a Blue one a day apart.
