We rented a Tesla Model X for two weeks and it was amazing. The greatest advantage is the highway safety, so much safer in crash test ratings than any other cars and the price works out similar to renting a 4WD. Plus the benefits of no fuel costs. Charging was easy. Millin and his team were wonderful, so responsive to questions, no issues at all, they refunded the bond within 24 hours and the service overall was amazing. Can't recommend them highly enough, so much better than renting from the big car rental companies

If you aren't an AU resident: plan for a minimum 7 day approval for your rental. This isn't readily available on their website nor presented during the reservation request process. I was excited to try something other than a budget vehicle from the big companies but was let down. Great idea for alternative rental car options while abroad but the execution needs to be improved.

Excellent: Great value, personal service, and the chance to experience the latest in EV technology! From my first inquiries, I was treated to personal attention that answered all my many questions. The price offered was well below the alternatives, and with inclusions, beat the conventional car that I had been considering. The pick up was easy and convenient, with a quick tutorial.
