Big shout out to the Tesla staff here, Tomy, Candi, Kevin and everyone here were super friendly and helpful. My low voltage battery is have an issue and I scheduled the service immediately. Due to the urgency I asked them if I can bring the car today and they agreed and replaced a new 12V battery less than an hour. Much appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not the kind of person that goes out of my way to write a bad review but there’s something to be said here. The service department has no pride in their work. Our model 3 went in for service and came out with its mirror unplugged then the mobile service that was sent out didn’t fix it and left the housing for the mirror hanging and said tape will hold it for now.
