called 5 times today, the sales phone number goes straight to voicemail, left 2 messages nobody gets back. Not sure how a sales department can run if they do not take call of the people that are trying to buy. Called Buffalo Grove location that says the cars is going to the loop location, but they will not be able to help. Return the calls and answer the phone!
