My setup was a split roof with panels on both sides, and these guys handled it efficiently. They explained how the shading on one side could be balanced with optimizers, which gave me confidence in the design. The installation was quick, and the results have been steady since activation. I felt they showed good attention to detail.

Tesla energy does not care about the customer, there’s virtually NO customer service available They didn’t show up to 2 site surveys back to back, they make you wait all day and then cancel last minute and push you a month out in between Advisors don’t answer emails or make phone calls Tesla has 0 respect for your time and if anything goes outside normal operations you’re on your own!

we added a carport array to our side yard and it really helps offset some power from our garage usage staff showed us a layout before work and explained snow load calculations which was helpful in understanding the size limitations they used galvanized posts and ran conduit underground to the panel they checked grounding resistance during final setup and labeled everything clearly for future maintenance system is producing daily and tracking well with utility usage we liked how calm and organized they were throughout it wasn... read more

i had them install solar on a slightly sloped garage roof it wasn’t a huge project but they handled it with good care they talked about grounding and inverter safety before getting started and were clear on panel specs they used black frame panels which look better against our dark shingles i noticed they double checked the torque on the rail clamps and even tested the string voltage before finishing up the next day monitoring worked without issue i liked their approach it was low pressure and straight forward they weren’t t... read more
