The team installed a solar battery backup along with the panels. They made sure I understood how the system would operate during a power outage, and they even simulated one to show me the transition. I appreciated that demonstration. The overall installation was neat, with minimal visible wiring. It felt like they had plenty of experience with these setups.
the staff installed our solar energy system about eight months ago and things have been running stable since then. We had concerns about the roof condition before the install started but they coordinated with the roofing contractor and kept everything moving. i had a positive expereince with my solar install. The project manager was quick to return calls, and the crew showed up when they said they would. Even when one inverter shipment was delayed, they kept me updated, so it didn’t feel like a surprise. The final setup works fine and looks neat on the roof.
