We had a flat roof installation, which I thought might be tricky. But they designed a tilt rack system that looks strong and steady. The installers kept communication open and showed us how the monitoring works before leaving. It’s been three months and the system output is very close to what they predicted.
Tesla Solar managed the process very well from design to activation. They kept me updated at every step. When the utility delayed interconnection, the company still called me weekly to make sure I knew the timeline. The system output has been consistent and the monitoring app is easy to use.
