Tesla West Footscray have been fantastic and so accomodating. Big thank you to Steve, who went above and beyond to help repair my tyre (which had a shard of metal lodge in, making it very difficult to find). The mystery of the constant low tyre pressure over multiple days did not stop Steve from coming out on multiple days to eventually diagnose the problem and repair it. Tesla Service is at par with their standard and this is the one of the limited places as of today for a test drive in Melbourne. However, the location is typical industrial and if your car service takes longer than usual, there are very limited options around the area to kill time. The service center is filled with new cars, used cars, cars for service and demo cars.
