Overall a great experience, I love Tesla
$2300.00 for a repair that should have been a recall is a ludicrous amount of money to pay for a front end suspension that was designed to fail.
Really hit and miss with communication. Most of my visits have been fine but a few times it's been really hard to get a hold of anybody and most recently I was almost left without a car or a loaner and could only get a hold of somebody by showing up in person before they closed.
