I had a great experience at this service center. My model 3 windshield got a crack possibly by defrosting. They examined the crack and confirmed it was not due to any impact and replaced the windshield free of cost (covered by warranty)in less than 2 hours. Very positive experience.
I had the chance to work with Milo and the experience I had was second to none. The service he provided really made me feel like he cared about helping me out instead of feeling like Tesla just wanted my money.

Had my Tesla for 2 years now. Service rep Milo Kabigting has played a significant role in making my service appointments for curb rash and other minor tweaks seamless. His service with getting me in & out has been top notch and so far Tesla Seattle hasn’t given me any problems with visits.
