Quick service and offered a loaner. Comfortable waiting area. Estimated to be covered under warranty. Came in for HVAC and Rear Spoiler issue. Service center looked me up and knew the code from the app. Very efficient.
Worst service center ever. Took 3 weeks to make an appointment, I arrived at 7:30 for my appointment yet they open at 8! I expressed my concerns, a technician came to test drive with me and he never looked me in the eye, completely ignored my concern telling me ear breaking rattle noise is normal on rough surfaces. My car stayed on the street for 3 days without any progress, now going through the weekend. Loaner with suspension issues feels unsafe to drive over 50 mph.
