I’m honestly really disappointed and discouraged by my experience with Tesla and the Riverside service location. When my vehicle was first towed in, I was offered an Uber, which I genuinely appreciated, and thought was a sign that things would be handled smoothly. Unfortunately, that support didn’t carry through. When my car was ready for pickup, I asked if someone could pick me up or if an uber could be arranged to help me get to the service center, since I don’t have reliable transportation and work a standard 8am 5pm sche... read more
They sold our car. My husband got a TEXT that it was ready. He didn't answer it so they sold the car we ordered. They told us it was ready a week after we ordered it so we went down there with the payment. It wasn't ready. You think they'd call at least.
