Im really pissed off , the only things I can say is , not good enough, not professional, no communication , no knowledge to how to talk and how to solve the problems
They need to be more professional with customers. Not like rushing to make the payment first, my bloody car is there but.... why you rushing, not good at all , it's New Zealand I can't expect better than this
