I recently brought my car in for service at Tesla and had to leave it overnight. When I came back the next morning, it wasn’t quite ready, so they gave me a rental car to use for the day. The following day, I had work at 12:30 p.m., and returning all the way to New Orleans would have made it impossible to get back on time. I asked if they could meet me at a Tesla charging station instead — something they said they had never done before — but they were happy to accommodate.
