From a service perspective, I have had nothing but a great experience! Everything so far from drop-off to my concerns has been handled, I was even given a complimentary loaner without asking for it. This place truly shows how great customer service can be.
Long story short, I came here they messed up and when I told them they handled the situation like professionals who value the customer. I will come here again and I have no reservations saying you should trust them too! My story: I brought my Tesla in because of vibrations coming from a wheel at highway speeds. They said they fixed it and I could pick it up in the afternoon. On the way home I saw the problem was still there. Dropped it back off and informed the car was not fixed. Excellent
Trunk stopped working mid cross country move. I came in at 8 AM and they got me out in 20 minutes. Although they’re appointment only, they got me out in 22 minutes, thank you to Terese (hopefully I spelled that correctly) and to the service technicians!!
We had a last minute emergent service need and the team could not have been more timely and helpful! We are infinitely grateful and will be back to see them again !
