I was very excited to pick up a new Tesla Model Y a couple of months ago. You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived to find the car covered in a layer of dust. Completely unacceptable and underscores a lack of pride and professionalism in the management and staff at the Devon/Berwyn Pennsylvania location. Went here to test drive some vehicles. The staff was incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable. There was some really annoying protestors out front and the employees kept calm and acted very professional despite all the losers with picket signs. Tesla makes an amazing vehicle and this is a great location to visit.
Delivery of a new TM3
I visited three Tesla stores in the space of 2 days. First one was in Christiana Mall, where the staff didn't make me feel welcome, and didn't inspire me to buy anything. The second store I went to was in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In this store, the staff were smug and uninviting and less than helpful. They referred me to the Devon site. Traveling from out of state is never a good time to have an accident, but the service team at this Tesla heard our situation and were able to get us on our way with a number of complicated issues that we initially thought would keep us in the area longer than we anticipated. Great team and communication, and willing to not be tied to an app-driven process to get the job done.
