Great experience. Smooth trade in of my old lease and signing for my new one. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Shout out to Thomas who helped expedite the return/ repair invoice and remove the fee.
I had a great experience getting my flat tire fixed. Roadside assistance came to my house to put a loaner tire and take my flat. The next day, I went to the service center to get my repaired tire reinstalled. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The waiting room is nice too. Overall pleasant experience.
I had two times great experience at Tesla Service Seattle SODO. Special thanks to Supervisor Parise Martin — he is extremely patient, professional, and always greets every customer with a warm smile.
