Amazing experience. Made a last minute book to fix a torn ABS wire and some sensor issues, they serviced it immediately and got it ready for pickup in just 1 day! They also went above and beyond by cleaning my mats when they didn’t have to. They were also providing updates via the Tesla app and were super prompt to respond there as well. It was my first time taking my Model Y there and I am so, so happy to have received truly 5 star service from this team. Thank you!
Fast repair and great service. Crazy how busy this location is, absolute monster! They put me in a loaner and got it done by end of day. Bravo Sodo Seattle Tesla. I loved the card with a hand written note too. 🥳
The SODO service center, which I had taken my brand new Tesla to for repairs due to minor factory defects, damaged it further. They scratched the door sill down to the paint and had to repaint half the car within the first month of owning it. Instead of having their certified shop fix the damage, they attempted to repair it with spray paint and gave it back to me. They also managed to damage two wheels while the car was in for service.
