Very easy to check in and out
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had 3 Tesla lemons and will never purchase one again. Absolutely the worst experience one can imagine. Incapable of acknowledging any issues or concerns under warranty. Stated nothing is wrong with battery for it to die in my driveway 2 days later needing a new battery. Charged for services never rendered. Closes service tickets prior to appointments times showing their lack of interest in service quality. I'll be a new owner soon and was a bit confused on some items. The gentleman that answered my call was nothing but professional. He was able to give me all the information I need and really make me feel easy on the process and Tesla ownership. All this is new to me and he was so nice. Really can't wait to bring my car here.
