They are super Awesome. They replaced my Flat tire on my new 2026 model Y. They did it super quick while I waited. The whole service team and road side crew were super helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you!!!! I highly recommend them. R Begay.
Either they are rushing or just don't care I recommend double checking your vehicle before and after pick up because they rushing the job and I have found and caught them doing so multiple times. This is not good elon!
Probably best service i ever received at any dealership. I have usually go to Toyota dealership where I spend 4 hours for oil change however over here i was in and out of dealership in 10 mins with a loaner and i came for a big issue of selfdrive computer(covered by warranty)
Changed my appointment without even verifying with me. I waited for my appointment for over a week, received an email the night before my appointment that it was rescheduled to 4 days later without mentioning any reason. Tried to speak with representatives over the tesla app but they never responded to my concerns although they were able to respond to me texting “Hi” but not helping me with my concern.
