Overall, this service center was bad. Unlike other Tesla locations, I waited a full day to get my vehicle back, and it felt like the delay was on purpose. They didn't even have a loaner car available, and the guest WiFi was unreliable, only connecting to certain websites.
Awful service for my new Tesla’s random shutdowns. Disorganized, poor communication, ignored my messages, and denied a loaner before diagnosing the issue. Tesla’s customer care needs serious improvement.
This Tesla service center did not meet the standards of others I have visited. The wait time was excessive, loaner vehicles were unavailable, and the guest WiFi network had limited functionality, only connecting to certain web services.
Just great My car is out of warranty and still cheaper than a gas station service
