Not a very good experience with service advisor and in need of a remodel in waiting area, but no complaints about the warranty work done.
Paid for a new set of wheels and had the aero wheels cover damaged. Emailed the service team with no response. Wasn’t told the cover was damaged after service. Update: Found all tire valve stem caps loose. Lost one on the road as well.
Trunk liftgate unaligned, suggested to bring it to body shop for repair. Cheap made cars.
