Tried getting an unusual noise issue resolved by the service center here on my cybertruck. Later I found out this is coming from the front drive unit. They were unwilling or uninterested in getting it repaired for me even after giving evidence of other service centers fixing the noise on cybertrucks. Just kept getting dragged out for a few months until I decided to try with another location. Their techs would acknowledge the unusual noise in test drives but refused to notate in their service visit that the sound was not norm... read more
