This location has no service center 8/2028
The customer service at this location is completely nonexistent. The staff doesn't seem to have any knowledge of the cars themselves. I've had my model 3 for a little over 5.5 years and while I love it, do not go to this location. Bellevue or Seattle seem to have teams that are competent so save yourself a headache and go to any location other than this one. Highly disappointing
Great service. Service guy need to spend 20 minutes to enter information for a 12 volt battery purchased
