These guys are great every time. You hear about Tesla service issues but that must only be the case in insanely saturated areas in CA. I've had mobile service for winter/summer tire changes but each time I've gone in here it's been a seamless experience. I've been in on multiple occasions for small issues that needed to be fixed and each time they've been quick, efficient and great to work with. This service center is fantastic! My husband and I had an unexpected issue with our MY on a cross-country road trip. We were essentially stranded and had to be towed three hours away to this service center where they were able to arrange their schedule to accommodate for our emergency repair. They were so kind and even washed our car off before we picked her up the next day. Highly recommended and such a positive experience!
I can't wait to go and get my car serviced here! It was a great conversation full of advice and knowledge, since I recently purchased a Model S.
