This service center does of great job of profiting through incompetence. You can add as much details to the service center ticket and they will still read it wrong and charge you for the time they spent "diagnosing" a problem that you told them was not the problem. You can ask them to order a part for you, give them the exact part number to order, and when you come to the appointment, they will not have ordered that part.
