And the lounge is nice, with a complimentary snacks and coffee, has restrooms, vending machines, music and TV, plus for parent bringing their kids lounge has small play area. Very welcoming. Extremely disappointed with the Tesla Service experience. We returned a loaner vehicle after less than 24 hours of careful use — we caused zero damage, no scratches, and were both present at drop-off. This was my first time inside a Tesla service center. Completely different than and other ICE Auto service centers. Very clean and nice customer service
I came here several months ago and it was great. Bustling but efficient. The estimated time of completion was a day but they did it in an hour. I qualified for a mobile service but they no longer have weekend times and I work at a place that isn't accessible to outside vehicles. So I had to come back here. This time it was empty of techs and empty of waiting customers. And for something that should have taken 20min, I was told it would take 2 days and I would be given a loaner car. I visited the Tesla Service Center because I had an issue with my subscription service, but was told they don’t handle that. I had already tried resetting the system using the steering wheel buttons, but after the reset, only my rear camera would display in reverse—not the side cameras.
