I came here several months ago and it was great. Bustling but efficient. The estimated time of completion was a day but they did it in an hour. I qualified for a mobile service but they no longer have weekend times and I work at a place that isn't accessible to outside vehicles. So I had to come back here. This time it was empty of techs and empty of waiting customers. And for something that should have taken 20min, I was told it would take 2 days and I would be given a loaner car. I visited the Tesla Service Center because I had an issue with my subscription service, but was told they don’t handle that. I had already tried resetting the system using the steering wheel buttons, but after the reset, only my rear camera would display in reverse—not the side cameras. Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in needing a quick solution and was passed around with no clear communication or time frame. What started as a simple range issue turned into over an hour of waiting, unexpected charges, and zero accountability. Jennifer, the rep assisting me, was dismissive and argumentative instead of helpful — talking at me instead of working with me, despite me expressing I had limited time.
