These guys have clearly learned some gaslighting somewhere. I bought a brand-new Tesla Model Y, and it has a problem. When I hold the steering wheel perfectly straight, the car pulls to the left. The first time I brought it in, they inspected it, confirmed the issue, kept the car for two hours, and then returned it, saying everything had been fixed. Nothing had been fixed at all.
