In my experience, this is the worst service center I’ve ever been to. Both managers have no idea how to deal with customers and were extremely rude. One of the managers couldn’t even clearly explain what the issue was or how it was supposedly fixed after the repair. She simply said, “We’ve done everything we can, and you’re still under warranty anyway.” It was one of the most ridiculous responses I’ve ever received from any professional. Avoid Tesla at All Costs Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. On multiple occasions, I’ve brought my car in for service, only to pick it up with new issues that weren’t there before. Each time, the service center employees insist it’s just a “coincidence” that the problems started while the car was in their care… We’re now in the process of hiring a lawyer to handle this ongoing mess. Horrible experience. My battery went out for a second time in 1 year. I have a 2021 model 3 S+. This is absolutely f'n ridiculous. I'm never getting a tesla again, and I'm getting a Lawyer today. I'm now stuck with the most filthiest car I've ever seen for a loaner. This is sad and pathetic how Tesla treats their customers. Thank god the staff was nice. DONT GET A TESLA!!
