Dropped off my car at 2 o’clock picked it up at 6 PM before I dropped it off. I showed them the side mirror and said it was broken and needed to be fixed and I told them that my wedding ring went in the console and it disappeared. They were going to disassemble it and give me the ring back along with changing the windshield wiper and rotating the tires. I've had multiple interactions with the Tesla Service Center in Burbank. The service representatives were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. My concerns are limited to the quality of the technical work performed. I brought my vehicle in three times total: twice for a rattle on the driver-side headliner (behind the headrest) and once for a malfunctioning driver-side coat hook. These guys have clearly learned some gaslighting somewhere. I bought a brand-new Tesla Model Y, and it has a problem. When I hold the steering wheel perfectly straight, the car pulls to the left. The first time I brought it in, they inspected it, confirmed the issue, kept the car for two hours, and then returned it, saying everything had been fixed. Nothing had been fixed at all.
