Tesla service has changed a lot. Before, many things were included. Now, you visit them just to confirm what you already reported in the app. For example, if you say the AC isn’t working, they’ll charge you around $600 just to confirm that, a couple of days later. Even though they promised by email that I would get my car back the same afternoon, it didn’t happen. I had to pay for an Uber from Burbank to my home (a two-hour trip).
