Scheduling service through the app can bit a bit of a pain, but I was able to schedule for 9/19 for a blower motor that was no longer working. When service was complete my display screen protection cover was removed, and my driver's side vanity mirror was broken. There were also smudges all over the windshield. Many people may complain about the $245/hour labor cost, but I am willing to accept this expense if the job is done well and professionally. I screwed up my car doing something stupid. I called this morning and they were able to take me in and repair the problem. I’m so thankful for them! They did a great job!!
