I purchased a brand new part from them. Installed in the car. It was a trim piece that all I used were my hands to replace. Right after replacing the protective cover from the part I noticed the part had a little scratch on it. I went back to Tesla to have the damaged part replaced and they said they are not responsible for the part being sold damaged.
I took my Model S in for service. They gave me a full run down on what was done on it prior to me owning it. Everyone was cool calm and easy to talk to. Got me I. And out in 2 hours. I’ve seen the negative comments. When cars break or need service it can be frustrating however, everyone here is here to help. Don’t take that frustration out on them. Model 3 low voltage battery went out. Decided to replace it ourselves. Called in drove out there. Picked it up. All went smoothly. Beautiful shop. Very helpful. People overall was a great experience.
My wife picked up her car yesterday and the front passenger tire was left with no air! She almost had an accident with the baby in the back seat pulling out of the lot! Which is when she noticed the tire was completely flat! The inside of the car was also trashed by the technician who took all of her items out of the lower trunk and left things spread through out her back seat(photo)! When I called to complain I was given no reason. They did apologize but clearly this could've been a terrible situation.
