Beyond exceptional customer service, Joe white got it right the 1st time when I needed helped. He exhibited his communication skills in a professional setting.
Just pick up my Model X that a cracked middle spine glass. All fixed to perfection and the biggest surprise was that they waived the $350 charge because they couldn't figure out the cause of the crack . Now that's what you call service! I am immensely gratefully to Joe for the patience and attention he showed me. And a big thank you to Janice as well for always keeping me up to date. You both make Fayetteville a 5* service center. I've now owned 3 Teslas and this is what keeps bringing me back.
The service manager at the Fayetteville Tesla Service Center (I think his name is Robert ellis) provided exceptional service during my recent visit. He went above and beyond with clear communication, prompt follow-through, and ensured my repair was completed quickly. The level of care he showed me and my model 3 made me feel valued, and made for the best experience I've had yet at a tesla service center. Highly recommend!
Separating my negative feelings about the car (computer replaced twice, upper control arms replaced twice) from my experience with the service center, I must say that the service folks did well. Their on-app communication system worked well and reps were responsive. The repairs weren’t completed in a day, they gave me a loner. When I complained that the previous control arm failed much sooner than it should have, the service manager agreed to cover the parts, even though the warranty had expired.
