Go to any other location but this one , let me tell you I bring my car here to get the hardware updated and my car was perfectly fine due to it being recently purchased. I dropped my car off at 8AM for the hardware that should’ve took a day but instead they took 2 days then when they gave me a time my car would be ready all of a sudden “ the battery is dead” but lets keep in mind this is a brand new car. We have had our Tesla for 5 years. Obviously, we know how to use the fob. Instead of fixing the problem with the doors failing to open, they documented that they gave us a “courtesy lesson on how to use the fob.” The problem still was not resolved until we stayed on them to fix it. What’ a joke this place is. We know much more about our Tesla than they do: not sure where they find these “mechanics.”

Just pick up my Model X that a cracked middle spine glass. All fixed to perfection and the biggest surprise was that they waived the $350 charge because they couldn't figure out the cause of the crack . Now that's what you call service! I am immensely gratefully to Joe for the patience and attention he showed me. And a big thank you to Janice as well for always keeping me up to date. You both make Fayetteville a 5* service center. I've now owned 3 Teslas and this is what keeps bringing me back.

The service manager at the Fayetteville Tesla Service Center (I think his name is Robert ellis) provided exceptional service during my recent visit. He went above and beyond with clear communication, prompt follow-through, and ensured my repair was completed quickly. The level of care he showed me and my model 3 made me feel valued, and made for the best experience I've had yet at a tesla service center. Highly recommend!
