This was my first service visit for my 2026 Model Y premium AWD. I was experiencing a rattle. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I wish I had my service advisors name because he was absolutely great. He was patient and answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. The service manager rode with me to identify a noise was also very patient and made sure I was satisfied. He identified an issue with the gps they resolved before I left also. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle to the Tesla Service Center in Fayetteville, I would encourage you to ask a lot of questions and document EVERYTHING. My experience left me with very little confidence in the quality of their diagnostics or communication. After paying thousands of dollars for repairs, my vehicle was returned with ADDITIONAL cooling system issues, my service was mark as completed and I was allowed to leave without being informed that the vehicle was overheating or that I should avoid Supercharging. ... read more
When I picked up my car from the service lot, there was an error message that the wipers were not working. I didn't know that once the car is in service mode, they don't see the same messages that customers see. I did have to take it back up to have them plug back in the wipers, but it only took five minutes.
I am very disappointed with this service location. Dropped off my vehicle for service on a Monday. They sent a message in the app that it wouldn't be ready for pickup until the next day. On Tuesday, they sent a message in the app that our car wouldn't be ready until Thursday, then a message came through around 4:30 PM that they vehicle was ready for pickup but they needed payment first.
