The service I received here was absolutely incredible! The staff was enthusiastic and very helpful. The facility was really modern and fun. The team had my issues resolved in half the time we originally estimated. I will never buy another brand of car! Tesla wins in every way! I do wish they sold some merch at the service centers, I definitely would have bought some. Thanks again! Tesla-Reno!
My Tesla had a v12 battery that needed replaced and I scheduled an appointment for this service center to take care of it. I worked with Dana and he was super friendly and helpful. I planned to just sit and wait for an hour or 2, but he offered me a loaner vehicle to use for the day while I waited - what a pleasant surprise and offer. Even further, we wanted to test drive an X since we plan to purchase one in the next year. Test driving the vehicle solidified that decision.
