They gave me a loaner which is good but once my car was fixed, which was the same day I dropped of my car, they require you to return the car immediate. Hey charge you and over night fee and loaner fee if not returned immediately. It’s very difficult to do what you need to do and drive the car back in the same day. The traffic in LA is terrible to be able to pick up kid, go to doctors appt, etc and then drop car back off. They need to give you 24 hours to return the loaner.
The team at Tesla, collision in north Hollywood were amazing. They made my unfortunate incident, a smooth one. Everyone from the beginning was very friendly and knowledgeable. Starting with Nate, who initiated the process for me. He was very patient and kind to me. Carlos Tapia, then helped me with a rental and made the process fast and easy ! They are so awesome at Tesla.
Service Department is horrible! Go somewhere else! They completed service on my vehicle and broke numerous things around the car. 1.) Broke the clips on the front cowl, didn't fix it. A $2 clip. Broke my wheel hub cap. Refuse to replace door check straps on the rear doors. Horrible! Go elsewhere.
To management team Finding a car that last three days was impossible for me. But Ray P. With an awesome attitude and excellent customer service he did his do diligent and found a car that I was looking for. Employees like this should be always appreciate it how great they are through the management and I’m sure you guys are taking care of him. Thank you again.
