Test drive appointment here is completely screwed up. Even with appointments, still need to wait for hours because they put too many appointments at the same time! The staff there do not welcome with test drivers either because this is Silicon Valley, test drivers mostly just order online instead of talking with them to buy after driving.
Dominic, Julian, and the others who helped me get my Cyberbeast deserve a Cyber-shoutout. They were very responsive during my order process. I’m super happy with the experience and my vehicle. Thanks Tesla and the Sunnyvale location!
Friendly staff. Good explanation. No wait , easy test drive with no appointments
