Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory and did not feel welcoming. Once the car was selected the buying process was smooth, easy and quick. Tesla finance was quick to respond and finalizing the purchase was fast and easy! Tesla advisors were knowledgeable and very patience. This is how buying a car should be!!!!
